Shipping policy:
DELIVERY TIMELINE
To ensure timely delivery, we recommend placing your order at least ONE week in advance
It typically takes 3–5 business days for ground shipping, not including processing time.
Order Tracking & Shipping Partners ?
• Upon shipment, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address or phone number on file
• Orders are fulfilled through USPS.
• If you’re located inside an apartment please be sure to add your apartment number.

Swag Route is not responsible for any delayed, missing, lost, or stolen packages. After the packaged goods are shipped out of our fulfillment center, we are not held liable. Please contact the carrier directly with any shipping related
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.
What we accept
Returns — 7 days from delivery
Changed your mind? No stress. You have 7 days from the date your order arrives to return it. Items must be washed and returned with no damages.
Size exchanges — 14 days from delivery
Ordered the wrong size? It happens. You have 14 days from delivery to swap for the right one. Items must be washed with no damages.
Shipping
Return and exchange shipping is covered by you. We recommend using a trackable shipping method so your return arrives safely — we can't be responsible for parcels lost in transit.
A refund can only be made through the original payment method used during purchase. Items are only eligible for a refund if they haven't been opened or used.
However, if we've made a mistake with your order, then we will happily refund all costs, including money spent on postage and packaging.
Once accepted, refunds will take 5-10 days to appear in your account.
